PCTO and ITESAP seal Union
of Solidarity

Union of Solidarity -- The Philippine Chamber of
Telecommunication Operators, Inc. (PCTO), the umbrella
organization of telecommunication public service providers, and
the Integrated Telecommunications Suppliers Association of the
Philippines (ITESAP), a trade organization of integrated
telecoms suppliers, service providers and integrators, recently
sealed their Union of Solidarity.
Bound by a common thrust to improve the country’s telecoms
landscape and enhance public service, PCTO and ITESAP inked a
partnership enabling them to work closely together towards this
shared vision. The Union of Solidarity strengthens their voice
in the telecoms industry to collectively address interests and
concerns through mutual cooperation and support.

GLOBALTEK AN EXHIBITOR AT IIEE’S 30TH ANNUAL
CONVENTION
The
Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Phil. (IIEE)
held its 30th annual convention recently with an Expo-Exhibit at the
PICC. With this year’s theme, A Partner in
National Development and Global Influence, the Expo gathered the
biggest and most influential electrical, electronics and energy
firms under one roof to exhibit the latest gadgets and cyberinstruments in their respective fields.

of the exhibitors in the said Expo which showcased its recognized
and proven capability not only in electronics but in the electrical
field as well. The latter is an important facet of the company’s
extensive service arms. It prides itself in its wide array of

JOINS NGN FORUM. Newly appointed Chairman for the Asia Pacific
Chapter of the Global mobile Suppliers Association (GSA) -- Anders
Kager presents his topic entitled "Evolution of GSM to 3G via GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA"
to the participants of the first Next Generation Networks
(NGN) Forum organized by the Integrated Telecommunications
Suppliers Association of the Philippines (ITESAP) at the
Makati Shangri-la. GSA represents leading GSM/3G suppliers worldwide
