Our History
Sept. 1997 – Globaltek Phils. Inc. [GPI] is incorporated.
July 2003 - Skylark Security and Detective Services Inc is organized.
Dec. 2004 - Formed and Invested in Anzuz Convergent Technology Inc to provide broadband solutions in partnership with IT and Telecom professionals.
Jan. 2005 – Acquired a 100% controlling interest in Travel Bound, a 1993 registered company and renamed Jelco Travel Transport Inc.
June 2005 – Through Skylark acquired 100% controlling interest in Superior Security Services Inc. a 1988 registered company
Oct. 2006 - Globaltek renamed the company as “GLOBALTEK ASIA INC” [GAI]
