  - Equipment repair and site / facility maintenance including electrical related repairs and maintenance

  - involves Wireless Broadband solutions and network infrastructure for various enterprises.

Our History:

• Sept. 1997 – Globaltek Phils. Inc. [GPI] is incorporated

• July 2003 – Skylark Security and Detective Services Inc is organized

• Dec. 2004 – Formed and Invested in Anzuz Convergent Technology Inc to provide broadband solutions in partnership with IT and Telecom professionals

• Jan. 2005 – Acquired a 100% controlling interest in Travel Bound, a 1993 registered company and renamed Jelco Travel Transport Inc.

• June 2005 – Through Skylark acquired 100% controlling interest in Superior Security Services Inc. a 1988 registered company

• Oct. 2006 – Globaltek renamed the company as “GLOBALTEK ASIA INC” [GAI]
